Cet album porte l'étiquette du label Aftermath Records, le label du plus grand producteur de la scène Hip Hop, à savoir Dr Dre. C'est avec cet album qu'on a découvert ce jeune est talentueux rappeur, c'est pour cela qu'il est considéré son premier album.
